Heather is amazing! We found a house that we wanted to make our home. Heather was the listing agent and we called right away. Unfortunately it was in escrow, however Heather took our information and began looking to find something for us. Anytime we wanted to see a house or find out information she was right there with the drop of a hat. The house we wanted eventually fell out of escrow and Heather being the listing agent waited on taking any offers until we were able to see it! We now live in this house, and made it our home. It is absolutely perfect and our family has Heather to thank for it! Heather will go out of her way to find what it is that her clients need and will help find you your home. We have recommended several friends to Heather and she has found them wonderful homes, and they too are overjoyed with her professionalism and dedication. If we could give Heather Penko ten stars, we would! Having purchased eight residences over several decades, we have worked with a variety of realtors, some stellar, some sorely lacking - none have surpassed Heathers professionalism, intellect & warmth. Ours was a complex transaction - sales price just under a million, a ranch with multiple structures. Heather first impressed us with her comprehensive & detailed analysis of property value. She is confident, but not dictatorial - when we disagreed on the price point at which to list, she bowed to our preference to go a bit higher, after gaining our assurance that we would do a bit of additional sprucing prior to marketing. Her sales campaign was polished and surpassed only by her expert navigation of the escrow process. Heather is exceedingly astute, and made use of that gift throughout: defusing, expediting, harmonizing, whatever was needed to smooth each issue or ruffled feather, restoring confidence & goodwill to all involved.
