Buying your first home is a very exciting yet overwhelming. With how convoluted the process is with the approval/loan process, Ivan with The Grishko Group made the search for our first home very easy. He was very informative and involved with the process which put us at ease. He listened to what we were looking for in our first home and put together an amazing list of homes to see. He was also very patient and was quick to answer our MANY questions. The proof of his tentativeness came when we went on our first (and only) round of home tours. We had four places on the list to visit which was more than enough; in my mind we had found the home we wanted right away.Then came the part of the process where we needed to put in an offer. Ivan was greatly informative on the things to think about when putting together a strong offer. By taking his advice we were able to get the offer accepted under asking price, which is unheard of in this market. After the offer was accepted the real work began but yet again, Ivan was there to answer questions and provide support along the way.
