My wife and I were quite picky--we only wanted to buy in a specific neighborhood near a VRE station so I could keep my commute to the district without needing to buy a second car. The trouble is these homes do not come on the market very often. During the middle of our search process, Haythem had an international trip. Before he left he connected us with a colleague to show us houses, and he still managed to keep on top of our house search while he was away. I did not expect him to be in contact while he was many time zones away, but it was almost like he was still local. Haythem ultimately found us two houses in this neighborhood that we put offers on. We were grateful for his expertise in negotiation and crafting offers, as we pulled our offer without penalty after the appraisal. Haythem found out the second house before it came on the market, and gave his opinion that we should submit a good offer before it officially went on the market, and what a good offer would be. He is extremely knowledgable about what can make an offer attractive beyond simply more money. The seller appreciated the non-monetary elements of our offer, and we ultimately bought the house. Haythem's recommendations and instincts throughout were spot on. Since this was the our first house, we didn't fully understand the timeline and specifics of the process. He was very patient in answering our questions--even multiple times! He referred us a loan officer who we ultimately used after shopping around. The loan officer far and away the most honest and straightforward we spoke to, which, knowing Haythem, was not a surprise. I would absolutely use Haythem again for buying or selling a home in the future. He is honest, clear, knowledgeable, and incredibly hard working. I wouldn't change anything about our home buying experience. I can't recommend Haythem enough!

I actually spoke to couple realtors before starting. As a first time homebuyer, I had so many questions and was pretty overwhelmed. Haythem was very professional and yet personable on my first call and blew everyone else out of the water. He is knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the process multiple times. He was direct in guiding my asks in my first home and my expectations in the current market. Haythem was helpful and encouraging in getting me to the right decision for my offer. We had a situation in my buying process due to an assessment and he managed to make this all a no-stress point. Haythem even renegotiated and lowered my purchase price! Haythem has been invaluable from the beginning and has gone above and beyond around the clock. I'm so thankful for his expertise and he didnt just stop at settlement day.
