Vicky is a phenomenal blend of outgoing, professional, and strategic. We interviewed a few real estate agents, and we were both immediately most comfortable with Vicky to sell our house. Some realtors clearly cut costs by taking low cost videos and photos. Not Vicky! She ensures the photos, videos, and drone footage of the property are best in class. She is an expert marketing professional.Vicky also knows the VA real estate contract backwards and forwards, which is a huge advantage when negotiating contract terms. In real estate, there are hobbyists and professionals. Vicky is a true professional with a great team to support her...and YOU. We would absolutely work with Vicky again, no questions asked. I think it is safe to say we have our realtor for as long as we live in Northern Virginia!

My husband and I worked with Haythem to purchase a home, which we purchased on 1.7.2021. We had been looking for many months and were somewhat difficult clients. We were super particular about what we wanted. Haythem listened to our long list of criteria, (and was patient each time our criteria changed!) Haythem would reach out to us when homes came up in his system that he thought we might be interested in, even if the home wasn't officially on the market yet. He helped point out ideas we hadn't thought of in each home we viewed a home. He was also very quick to respond each time we reached out to him.
