Taylor was amazing to work with and helped my partner and I find our dream home in the ashburn/sterling area! As first time home-buyers we had no idea what we were doing, where to begin or what to expect. Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable. Even when I initially told Taylor that I just wanted to look at homes casually, he still made me feel important, unlike some other realtors I?ve talked to before. He also was never pushy, also unlike some others I?ve interacted with. He simply asked me what I was looking for, and he actually sent me the home that my partner and I ended up purchasing! We only looked at a couple homes, but while we were touring, he provided us with his wise insights that he gained from his personal experiences, which were super helpful. As first time homebuyers, we would ask so many questions, and every time we asked, we felt so assured knowing that Taylor is on top of everything and extremely punctual- he is responsive through both text and call, and he really looked out for the best for us- not just trying to sell the most expensive house we could afford, but the house that we really wanted and felt comfortable buying. Taylor gave us tips- but was never pushy-on how to put in a competitive offer when we knew which house we wanted- so we ended up getting the first offer we put in! Taylor was there for us when we needed support and guided us during this crazy market. He connected us with great resources when we needed it, and Taylor even got us super sweet kits that we just adore- so thoughtful! Taylor is super approachable, kind, and professional.
