So I kind of Carly Rae Jepsend (hey, Ive [never] met you and this is crazy, but heres my number so call me maybe) Noel through Zillow because there was a house that I wanted to see ASAP and I didnt have a realtor yet. Noel not only got us in the see the house the next night, but he followed up with our offer the next day (hot market around here), and expertly advised us through our whole home buying experience (in a nightmare market no less - 5 other viewings the day that we viewed). Noel is such a professional, no nonsense, and always on your side. He really went above and beyond for us and made this a very easy process. I would say that Id recommend Noel, but thats rather understating it. Id rather say that youd be crazy to NOT work with him! And Id also say that wed work with him again (and we would!), but he already got us our dream house at the perfect price and with expert know-how.

I had no previous real estate experience or knowledge when I was connected with Noel through a mutual friend. However, Noel was quick to walk me through the entire process and allowed me to have fun and feel at ease about the entire experience. Every time I had a question, Noel had an answer for me or went out of his way to find that answer. Every time I needed to tour a house, Noel accommodated my schedule. He had my best interests in mind when I liked a few houses more than they were worth. And when we finally submitted a winning offer, the selling agent sent me a letter that told me, Noel was the biggest reason my offer was selected. We didnt have the highest bid by a large margin, but his willingness to finalize paperwork immediately and his persistence in following up with the agent in the coming days showed the previous owner our sincerity and interest in the house. I would highly recommend Noel to anyone that wants a true professional as their agent.
