If there was a 6 stars instead of 5, Noel would get 6 across the board. He found my new home based on my must-haves in just a few days. Noel didn?t miss a beat during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was able to take me through the process as if everything was normal, while still being extremely safe and following all rules and regulations. He is experienced in the area so he was able to frequently send me houses that I loved. His knowledge of the process was perfect for me as a first time home buyer. He was there to answer any questions I had immediately, no matter how small. When it came to negotiating, Noel was quick and efficient. He found out there was a better offer on the house we wanted, but he was steadfast and was able to convince the seller to go with me instead of the higher offer. I don?t know how he was able to pull that off, so we refer to it as ?Noel Magic? around my house. Having Noel in my corner was a huge advantage during the whole process. Noel Tuggle is someone who feels like he truly cares about you and your home-buying experience, and will do anything in his power to get you the home you need.
