As a first time homebuyer, I did not know a lot about the process of purchasing a property prior to connecting with Noel. After locating a property I was interested in, Noel gave me a tour of it and discussed all the steps in the process of purchasing it. When I decided to move forward with the process, Noel kept in frequent contact with me, calling me to give updates on my offer, on the inspection, on negotiations we made with the seller, etc. He provided me with all the details of the process, connected me to lenders and inspectors, and was patient with all my questions. Although the process of purchasing a home can be tedious and stressful, Noel helped make my experience pleasant. He was professional, yet personable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in looking for a property in the area.
