From the moment we began working with Kevin to the day we closed, he was amazingly dedicated, impressively knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with. He was also patient and adept at coaching us through our various thought processes, supportive of our viewpoints and delicately contributing his superior industry knowledge to the decision. We had some substantial challenges in getting the house in listing condition under extreme time pressure. He recommended resources and helped us work with those resources, which really saved the day several times. During the final stretch dealing with the buyers proposal, he was instrumental in coming up with solutions to satisfy both parties. We sold the house quickly and for a price that we were very happy with. The Belt Team approach also was wonderful: we were fully supported when Kevin had out of town commitments and Patty was a great help with logistics.

Brock was something of a phenomenal force in my real estate experience with him. He was efficient, always available even after 8PM, and showed me every house I wanted to see. His knowledge of the area was outstanding, including the history, and he lent important insights into properties with respect to my specific situation, being over 65 years old as a first time homebuyer. I trusted him completely. He assisted in every step, from beginning to home inspections to closing. He found ways to overcome some barriers when documents were missing to allow the closing to occur with ease. I was traveling from over an hour away to view properties, and he was so kind to give me a ride home a few times. Even after the purchase of my home, he went above and beyond my expectations... watching for my mail deliveries and maintenance on my property. We are so fortunate to have selected Kevin, from among 3 different agents, to sell our Vienna home! Kevins local knowledge (born and raised in Northern Virginia) and expertise was evident throughout the entire process. We received an offer just two days after listing and Kevin did a great job negotiating the final selling price, which was more than we expected, as there were two offers on the home. Three areas that I want to highlight: 1) Kevin is extremely responsive; he quickly gets back to you often within seconds moving everything along in the right direction, 2) he and his staging partner, Victoria, did an outstanding job suggesting the right price-enhancing changes to our home without breaking our budget. At the end, the staging was stunning and far more appealing than what we could ever imagine 3) he went the extra mile in analyzing and setting the right selling price by not only showing us comps, but also urging us to physically visit with him certain comps on the market for sale to fine tune our selling price. The Belt Team is absolutely fantastic, and we cant say enough good things about them! We are first time home buyers, and walked into the process with little information. The Belt Team walked us through it step by step, answered all our questions, and helped us find our perfect home. I want to call specific attention to the realtor we worked with, Kevin Kleifges.
