I am in my 70's now. Over the years I have closed on several personal residences as well as a number of investment properties. I only wish I had discovered Loren sooner! I found Loren to be attentive, very responsive and absolutely professional in every aspect of real estate. What I mean by that is that he maintains very high process expertise. We are repeat customers of Pennie Carroll and Associates and highly recommend them to anyone planning to buy or sell a home. We recently had a custom home built and sold our existing home. Mark Vander Tuig managed the sale of our previous home and also provided extensive assistance with the building process and purchase of our new home. With his expertise in pricing our previous home, it sold in one day at a much higher price than we expected. For our new home, he managed vendor visits to select options such as flooring, appliances, and countertops and he managed communications with the builder to ensure that we got the new home that we wanted. He also coordinated the timing of the closing on both transactions, which was fluid due to requested adjustments from the buyers of our previous home and timing of the completion of the building process for our new home. The services provided by Mark and the rest of the PCA team were invaluable in ensuring a smooth transition to our new home.
