I actually went through a couple of realtors before using Paymon. The first just didnt have the hustle required in terms of getting scheduled quickly and I ended up losing out on a property as a result. Another kept sending properties that didnt match my budget or what I was looking for. Paymon really understood what I wanted, and he had the hustle. He was going to find me what I wanted and that was it. He gave me the confidence that if I wasnt the only bidder, hed be able to make a deal happen. He would make every effort to follow up with the seller to find out exactly what they were looking for, so I wouldnt have to take a shot in the dark.When looking for a home, Paymon gave excellent suggestions that were spot on. For example, in one neighborhood where I was interested in a property, he found a 4 bedroom/2 bath home that was a couple of streets over selling for a comparable price with a larger lot.Paymons response time was incredible. Id text him and get an answer often within a few minutes, definitely the same day. He was available all the time including weekends and nights. This was important because the market moves so fast.As it turned out, I actually found the house I ended up with. But Paymon jumped right on it. He immediately called the seller and passed along all the critical information I needed, like why it had been on the market for so long. He also told the realtor that he would find me financing that would close in 14 days! I was listening on the other end to this conversation and was so impressed with his creativity in trying to find out what the seller wanted and delivering to their needs. It was spectacular. I credit him for helping me get the house.Even when the deal was closing, he still found ways to help me with the property. The house I bought needed to be fumigated, and he found a fumigator that was half the price of what the seller had quoted at disclosure. I would absolutely recommend Paymon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area and I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Before we bought this house, we had purchased a townhouse in Sunnyvale with a different realtor. So in the initial stages, we were trying to compare whether we wanted to use that realtor again or not. But Paymon was definitely the best. He used his resources to give us a better deal aEUR" even when we were selling our house. He was really good.Since I am a chef, the kitchen is very important to me. That is what I told Paymon, while we were looking at the other houses: that apart from the rest of the house, a big kitchen is essential. He made sure to look for a house that has a better kitchen in a good neighborhood. I told Paymon that our old townhome was accessible to the library, restaurants, and shopping and we did not want to move somewhere isolated where we could not walk to these places. Me and my husband really love to walk and shop, so Paymon made sure our new home had that same convenience. The area where we live now has all the shopping complexes, restaurants aEUR" everything -- in walking distance. Plus the house is really great, it is a new construction which I really like. I am looking forward to spending 10 to 12 years in this house, and Paymon understood that.I think Paymon is the best realtor, I have given his reference to everyone!

Got us an amazing deal on our home!!! A pleasure to work with and always available to us, Paymon is a REAL ESTATE ROCKSTAR and will get you the house of your dreams!!!I met Paymon 6 months ago in East Palo Alto, an up and coming area that we could afford and which we feel will appreciate. Its conveniently situated right between my boyfriends job and mine. We worked with both Paymon and Corinne. First, we went to a bunch of open houses and Paymon would let us know when there was a house to our liking. The very first house we saw was in East Palo Alto. Then we wandered off to San Francisco for a while and put East Palo Alto on the back burner. We went with Corinne because she was familiar with the SF area. She knew about the different companies expanding in the area which gave us an idea of whether the houses there were a good investment. Finally, we returned to East Palo Alto because we felt it was a better investment right now. Paymon has A LOT of experience in Palo Alto. There was one house on the market that we liked but missed. When it came back on the market, Paymon let us know RIGHT AWAY aEUR" which is how we grabbed it. Best decision ever!Paymon really helped us with the negotiation. He had $2500 credit from the seller (because there were some damages to the house), which he passed on to us. He also negotiated the price down from what the last seller had bid on it. And he got us a contingency period (which is unheard of in the bay area) Paymon and Corinne totally went above and beyond for us. Corinne gave us a good idea about converting the garage into a studio. So after we bid on the house, Paymon went to the county to ask about our garage conversion and how to legalize it. He also sent contractors to the house to give us an estimate of how much its going to cost to repair certain minor things. The loan agent Paymon recommended got us a FANTASTIC rate. And that loan agent got us an insurance agent who also got us a great rate. It was one lucky thing after another!I would definitely recommend Paymon and his team, especially for this particular area. They have a really good knowledge of East Palo Alto and of real estate in general. If youre looking to buy in East Palo Alto, you should go with someone who has a lot of experience and a lot of knowledge of that location, which they do. Also, Paymon has a lot of really good connections. If youre a first time home buyer, hell hook you up with all the things that you need as a first time home buyer. Plus, Paymon is just so easy to work with. If we called, he would get back to us very quickly, usually within an hour or sometimes earlier. He would always tell it to us straight and give us a good, honest opinion of the market. He didnt pressure us into buying a house even when we were taking our time to decide. He was very patient with everything.TL;DR: Paymon and team is AMAZING and you should definitely go with them!

When my wife and I decided to sell our house, we agreed to use an agent that we didn't know. We started the interview process and Paymon was first to be interviewed. After meeting with Paymon, we didn't need to interview any others agents. Paymon's enthusiasm, let alone the knowledge he brought to the table, was extremely impressive. He immediately started the process to get potential buyers interested. All of the advertising and other marketing strategies that he took created a boat load of interest for our house. Also, Paymon's responsiveness was incredible. If he was unable to answer my calls, he would call or text me back within seconds. Selling a house is always a nervous process and I'm a very nervous person. I almost felt like Paymon was my therapist. He was always there to make sure that we knew what was going on and to reassure us that everything was going well. Paymon was able to negotiate a selling price that was well above the offers that we received, making us very happy. Paymon really takes the buyers interest to heart. Hes not just thinking about the sale, hes dedicated to finding the best house for his clients and is a true representative of them aEUR" even in the toughest situations.The first few weeks we were looking, Paymon went with us to the open houses. We went to 7 or 8 houses and he would point out what to be wary of or what were the good aspects. He said theres a housing gold rush right now and warned us not to act in desperation. It was an education for us because after that when we went to open houses on our own, we knew what to look for. That knowledge he provided for us, his experience was invaluable. We actually passed on a few houses based on his insights. Paymon is not the type of realtor who just wants to get you to sign so he can move onto his next client. He really wanted to make sure that the house we got was right for us. He constantly would provide us with updates: what hes doing now, whats happening with this or that house, etc. On the weekends, wed look at houses and tell him about them. He would then visit each of these houses during the week. We would talk almost every other day: he would give us updates on each house, what he thought of the house, and which were best suited for us in terms of what we wanted. I tried to be mindful of his time when I contacted him because I knew he was a very busy person. But if I did text him with a question, hed get back to me within minutes aEUR" even on the weekend. If he couldnt talk, hed text or call with a time he could call back. We were so happy to finally find the house we wanted because we had been looking for some time. It had everything we wanted: a good neighborhood, close to my work, and within our budget. Were about 3 houses away from the elementary school, which will be convenient as well. But while we were in the process of buying, the sellers tried to back out. This was after we had already signed the contract! We were devastated, wed spent so much time looking and this is a super hard market to buy in. Paymon really went to battle for us: He went back and forth to talk to the sellers and agent to convince them. He explained that the contract was binding and it would be considered a liability if they backed out. He used his experience and contacts with lawyers to help us. It was all him. He is the reason we got the house, otherwise we would still be looking. And Paymons service doesnt stop with the sale of the house. Hes recommended contractors, pest control, and even plumbers aEUR" we rely on him for everything.I have two friends who are in the process of approaching loan officers for pre-approved loans. Once theyre through that, I plan to give them Paymons contact information with a full recommendation. He is very dedicated and experienced. But more than that, he takes care of his clients and will fight for them. Plus, hes just really nice guy, funny and genuine aEUR| we have actually come to think of Paymon as more than our realtor, we see him as our friend.
