My wife and I began looking to purchase our first house the end of 2016. We were excited and very nervous. There was so much involved in the whole process. Our first realtor did not explain the process very well at all and nearly got us into a house we could not afford and negotiated the price without reviewing with us first. We left her and found Cassie. She immediately put our worries at ease. She took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and what we could reasonably afford. Often times she would call us with homes she found that we just found as well. She was in tune with our needs. We put bids on several houses and lost out. Often we felt frustrated and defeated but she is so positive and dedicated that she got us right back to work searching. We had FUN walking through homes with her. She is very knowledgeable and gave us honest assessment of everything we looked at. We had a friend helping us through the process. And we still have that friend. We found our house in March 2017. She negotiated a lot of extras for us and made sure all the inspections were up to par. We closed in May without issue. Cassie made sure everything was in order. She answered all calls and texts at all hours. We were blessed to have her on our side. I highly recommend Cassie for anyone looking for a realtor.
