I am so happy we lucked up and got Mike as our realtor. After searching for months in south Mississippi for a piece of property for our future homestead, and being dismissed by several uninterested and unhelpful realtors, we began searching in Tennessee. The very first property we found checked all our boxes, so we reached out through Zillow to set up a showing and Mike answered the call! From that point on, he helped us through the entire process (a nerve wracking experience as an out-of-state buyer), always making us feel like we mattered and that he genuinely wanted to help us achive our dream. He is also a great negotiator apparently, because we managed to secure the property on the first offer. We are so thankful for his help and hope to have a beer with him once we get up there permanently. :D The guy is great, and we highly recommend him.
