My wife and I found a short sale property several months ago, which started our long and tedious home buying process with our (then) realtors and (now) new lifelong friends - Kerry and Jim. Kerry and Jim did not treat us just like clients, they treated us like family. They went above and beyond throughout the entire journey; and put in countless hours to ensure that we got our dream home. These two individuals are truly incredible human beings. At one point; Jim even met us at the property to help install brand new smoke detectors/CO2s; to ensure that the closing could go through on time. Jim and Kerry persevered and delivered us the house of our dreams; and anyone would be lucky to have these two in their corner when looking for their forever home. I was first introduced to Kerry and Jim through Zillow after checking out a house and I am so glad we were connected. Trust me when I say that I had lots and lots of questions and they proved lots and lots of answers.From determining which towns to explore, which style of home to consider, which features to look for, how to make an offer and how to ultimately close - Kerry and Jim have been my trusted advisors all the way through from literally day 1 to day end.We had a few bumps along the way, including multiple competitive bid situations, a home that we had to walk away from due to overseen issues post inspection and a 2nd home with issues after inspection. In the end, their guidance, advice and steadfast support enabled me to find a phenomenal home in my budget, in a targeted town with a large fenced in back yard despite a crazy sellers market.
