Deborah was recommended to us by a friend (word-of-mouth being the ONLY way to choose a dependable, honest, and helpful realtor if you ask me!) Before showing us any properties at all she took time to learn about our must-have list of amenities (something almost any realtor is likely to do). However, she went a step further to ask us how we lived, how we would use our new home (vacation, investment, full-time), she asked us about our family (how large, how often they visited), and really figured out the sort of community we were interested in living in. Then she not only showed us houses (and she DID show us a lot of houses) but helped us place them with the community (how far to the beach, how far to the nearest store -- how far to the better store, how busy, quickly or how slowly the neighborhood was growing, etc.) She showed us properties that were very well suited to us (even when, occasionally, those properties were outside the realm of what we imagined we might be interested in). In the end, we came to trust her fully. Since buying our house, shes helped us on numerous other occasions. Best of all, we have felt very comfortable recommending her (word-of-mouth again) to all of our friends and they, likewise, have had only positive experiences with her. She knows her region, she knows the market, and she does a very good job of getting to know her clients. If youre in looking for a home (or to sell a home you already have) we think youd be lucky to have her on your team.
