Donna Paton of Paton Real Estate took on the sale of our penthouse condo apartment in our complete physical absence. Agreeing on a schedule, Donna immediately went to work, recruiting a mover, who turned out reliable, and overall very satisfactory. After our moving out, Donna organized the removal of the remaining furniture, and a large number of household items. Then, she recruited a company to refurbish the apartment to contemporary tastes. Then, Donna recruited a company preparing the sale presentation, with video of the results provided. Then, most importantly, she quickly found a buyer, offering the list price, and requesting a one month window to closing date. Closing took place as scheduled (not requiring our presence). At every step, Donna informed us immediately, and quickly initiated the next step without delay. You could not wish for a better agent than Donna Paton.

Donna is selling my mothers' house, plus helped my mother purchase the condo where she is now.I am very embarrassed because I immediately told my mother, to remember that Donna is a realtor, not a friend. Realtors, all, are wanting their commission solely. I now have to swallow those words.Donna is most definitely a friend, a good friend. She has certainly gone way above and beyond to prove that to the both of us.Phone calls are always returned quickly, all questions are answered. Donna is very honest. The process was made easy by Donnas' expertise in both selling and buying, always taking time to answer all questions, know the area well and certainly knows about negotiating.Without Donna by our side through this whole process, I think my mother would have resigned to the fact that she needs to stay in her home.Thanks to Donna, the house has sold (quickly), and we are comfortable in our new home.
