Nicole is the absolute best. We bought a house in the height of the summer in an incredibly competitive market. I think we must have inquired with over 50 properties. We are very particular and expect top notch services in general, especially when its something as big as buying a house. Nicole exceeded our expectations in every single way. She handled our demanding schedules and needs with ease. Shes incredibly organized, a seasoned negotiator and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. As first time home buyers we didnt realize how many different people you need to get the deal done, lawyer, inspector, lender, surveyor etc etc. She has a deep network of talented and accommodating people who we were able to tap into. Because of Nicole we were able to close on our house in record time and that was a miracle in itself. Long story short, buying a house is a roller coaster and Nicole is the bar that goes across your lap that protects you the entire way. We are so grateful for her. Thanks Nicole!
