Tim was our agent on the purchase of our home. He was outstanding. There are three main areas that set him apart:1. He has extensive knowledge of home construction and maintenance. He was able to point out issues about homes I would not have thought to consider. This was very valuable to us, since neither my wife nor I have this expertise.2. He is customer-focused. We bought our house when inventory was scarce. In that market, we had to jump if we found something we liked. Tim was always ready, even on short-notice, to answer questions and set up showings for us. He found the home we ended up buying before it went on public websites. We saw the home the next day and had an offer in that night. Tim made that happen.3. He's honest. There were a few homes we considered that were at the top of our budget. With the right word here or there, Tim could have easily driven up our interest in those properties. Tim didn't do that. Instead, he told us he thought they were overpriced. We ended up buying a home that was at the perfect price for us. By giving us the advice he did, Tim cost himself quite a bit of money in his commission. I have several close family members who have recently been looking for homes. I have given Tim my highest recommendation to all of them.
