Tonja was great to work with. She acted as the agent for the purchase of our new house in Orem, and the sale of our existing house in SLC. We were very demanding of her time. We started looking at houses in late May, with the somewhat unrealistic expectation of moving in time for our kids to start the school year in our new home. Not only was she able to help us get through that process in time, but we also made a good amount of money on our new home after only showing it a couple times over the course of 2 or 3 days. This made the selling experience very easy for us (it is hard to cart around 4 kids all day while people look at your home). Some of this was due to market conditions, but we had some friends selling a home in our neighborhood at the same time that took several weeks to get any decent offers. Tonja did a great job understanding exactly what we were looking for in our new home, and didn't waste our time with houses that didn't fit our really specific requirements. We made offers on several homes, each of which required some negotiation including addenda and counter offers. The house we finally purchased really is our dream home, and Tonja made major contributions of her time to make this happen for us. I cannot say enough good things about Tonja, and I highly recommend her.
