In 2014 my wife and I were looking at building a Villa. Every little upgrade seemed expensive but we kept thinking aEURoewhy build a house and not get everything you wantaEUR?. The cost then became prohibitive. We decided to see what was on the market and we found two potential properties. We called Liz Gerber on a Sunday evening and asked if we could tour two homes recently listed. Liz setup our visits for the next day. We REALLY liked one house. Liz called us on Tuesday morning and said an offer was being submitted on aEURoeouraEUR? house so we needed to take action if we really wanted it. We wrote an offer with Lizs help. By Wednesday morning we had bought a house. The closing was smooth without any surprises. Liz had put in the extra effort to make sure the transition was seamless. Liz listed our present house at that time. She held two aEURoeOpen HousesaEUR? for us and we had a buyer by the second one. That sale and closing had some issues due to demands of the buyers. Liz worked through those and soon we closed on our aEURoeold houseaEUR?. Everything fell into place like it was meant to be. We hated to see her move to Florida but later realized that in the near future we might be ready to buy down there. When we are ready to buy in Florida, well be calling LIZ GERBER.
