Meg is quite simply THE best agent out of 8 agents that I have worked with in my 20 years of buying and selling. I am a humble man of modest means and Meg made me feel like a VIP worth a million dollars. But heres what sets Meg apart from others, she actually has the gift of matching buyers to their best property choice. And she works at it of her own accord with patience and determination. And not in the sense of just making a sale happen. No, its genuinely and sincerely motivated with the best result for your personal welfare in mind. Its a talent at the core of her approach. I ended up buying a property I might not have otherwise considered that offers me more than I could have imagined. Meg had the vision I lacked. I feel very fortunate to have found myself in a working relationshipwith Meg simply because my first property inquiry put me in contact with her. The whole time I worked with Meg I kept asking her where she hides her angel wings. Seriously. She goes above and beyond.

Approximately 6 years ago my wife and I started looking at homes in the Mendocino area. We live in Half Moon Bay California and hoped to purchase an investment property that we could eventually move into someday.Once every year we would ask Meg to show us about 5 homes in hopes of finding the right one. There were various reasons for not committing and after 3 years of periodically looking I started to feel bad for dragging her around the North Coast. Ever time I called her she was always happy to meet us and greeted us as if she had been our friend for years.It took 6 years of looking occasionally and we finally found the perfect house for us.Meg is a true professional in all aspects of real estate.Whenever I called or emailed she replied to us immediately.She always adjusted her schedule to meet ours. My wife and I started to look more forward to seeing Meg again then about looking at the potential properties.She never tried to pursued us into purchasing just to get the deal done for her benefit. Once we finally found the property of our dreams we got to see Meg do all the difficult things that go into closing the deal.She was calm the whole time and made us feel relaxed during all stages of purchasing the home. She referred us to an awesome loan officer and other resources to solidify the deal. Meg Wilson is definitely at the top of the industry in my mind and anyone would be fortunate to have her at your side during a property transaction. We hope to be able to do more deals with Meg because she is a go getter and works very hard to insure her clients get 100% of her efforts and we also miss our yearly trip to see her and catch up with the latest.Thanks again Meg for being more then a professional and making us feel good all the time!!.
