Pat Okura provides a service that mixes the height of professionalism with total commitment to the client. Her experience runs wide and deep as does her caring about her clients. Example: When a deal fell through just before the end of the inspection period the very day before Thanksgiving, Pat not only immediately got on the phone to other interested potential buyers, but showed the house twice on Thanksgiving Day, even though she was hosting Thanksgiving dinner two hours later! What more commitment can you get than that?Pat is easy going, easy to deal with, warm and charming. Her calm demeanor is of great value in what can be a very stressful transaction process. Her communication with her clients is also excellent. We always knew what forms would be coming for signature and why. If there was even a minor deviation from what was expected, we got a phone call. All messages we sent to her were responded to quickly.We cannot praise Pat Okura highly enough. We are so happy we made the decision to list with her. You cannot do better.
