In my experence with Pat I would like to say she is professional, up front in telling you what she expects from you as a seller, and follows thru with every detail on her end. I found my experience with Pat, from the first time I called her for a professional opion for pricing of my home to what I could do to make it show bettter to close of escrow, to be the Realtor I had wished for. I did interview other Realtor's, and after months of thnking who would do the best job for me, it hit me who that person was, Pat Okura. She had been sending me this magazine, American Lifestyle, since the first time we met. I thought this much dedication to her job was above anything expected of a Realtor and as my Realtor she showed the same dedication in selling my home. Most important of all, she sold my home in one day. I can't say everyone will get that result, but for me this was a very positve experience. My highest recommendation.

Alison was very personable and informative. She gave me information about creative financing that I was not aware of. We looked at a condominium in the town of Avila Beach. I am a wheelchair user and she made it very easy for me to view this property. She made sure I was able to park off the street in the private parking garage. Parking in Avila Beach is at a premium, so it was very helpful to be able to park off the street. Alison was knowledgeable about the condominium project and answered my questions thoroughly. She helped me figure out whether the shower doors could be removed so that I could access the tub with a shower bench. Alison made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me in any way. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely call on her again to look at properties I may be interested in.
