Frank Goolsby handled my home-buying experience after two other agents I found through my banks failed to impress and left me worried that I wouldnt be properly taken care of. My experience with Goolsby was great, and I couldnt be happier that I bypassed the other potential agents. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and took time to get to know what was important to my fiancee and I (location, investment potential, a yard, and ? long term ? good schools). He kept an ear to the ground and helped me compile a list of probable houses even though I was living across the country in California. When I was able to come for a short visit and a flurry of home visits, he scheduled everything so I could land, grab a car, and immediately start going through our list. He pointed out potential tripfalls and got my feedback on each house so we could refine my search as we went along. In the end, my fiancee and I were able to find a home and start the buying process before the trip was over, and Goolsby was there with me through closing. He even helped me tailor our bid when the process became competitive so that we could get the property without having to spend more than was necessary.

It just doesn?t get any better than Frank Goolsby with PalmerHouse Properties. He is, quite simply, the BEST. He was absolutely the right person to put at the helm of helping us find and purchase our new home in Villa Rica. We still can?t quite believe how lucky we were to have found him and his fantastic team. Throughout our search for a new home with Frank, he was incredibly responsive and always available to talk or answer any questions. He was also always able to show us new listings quickly ? often the same day and with very little notice. It was wonderful! Best of all, Frank made the process of looking at new homes so fun and enjoyable, we ended up seeing way more than should be allowed (sorry for that Frank!) but he was just such a nice person to be around and see houses with! Every step of the way he was patient, encouraging, insightful and so very helpful. He knew all the details about every house and everything about each area of town we visited.
