Buying and selling houses is never easy but when we decided to sell our California home to buy one in Arizona, it seemed like a pretty daunting process.Patrick Reda went from being a friendly neighbor to being a multi-tasking realtor juggling all of our schedules to accomplish the mission: get a confirmed and bank-approved offer in less than one week to satisfy the demands of the seller of our Arizona home. Fortunately for us, Patrick was up for the challenge and became a coach to cheer us through the fast-paced preparations that week leading to a unique marketing strategy that culminated with an offer deadline set for Sunday a 5 p.m. His marketing strategy worked. There were 11 written offers for us to consider, which Patrick sorted through for us and brought the most secure 5 to us for consideration that Sunday evening.
