Where do I start? John was referred to us by close friends who had worked with him during their first home purchase. As first time home buyers we weren't completely sure of what to expect but John was there to answer whatever question or concern we had along the way. The five star rating for "responsiveness" is quite an understatement when describing John. My wife and I were particularly interested in older homes and John was there to help every step of the way in terms of expectations when it came to condition, types of work that may be needed in the short/long term, pros and cons, etc. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else. John has a passion for real estate that I would venture to guess is unmatched by many agents out there based on what we experienced prior to working with John. I would recommend John to anyone purchasing a home in and around the Edwardsville area!
