John was my Realtor and listed and sold my home in O'Fallon, IL. This was my home while I was stationed at Scott AFB and I kept it as a rental property when I moved. I retired from the military and decided to sell the property and researched Realtors on various websites to include Zillow. I compiled a list of potential Realtors and interviewed them over the phone. I live out of state now, so I needed a real estate professional that would give me an extra level of service and would be a strong communicator. I picked John Cameron for a couple of reasons based on previous positive reviews and feedback and our phone interview which was about 45 minutes. I immediately felt comfortable with John and was assured that he could provide that extra level of service. Well I can tell you that he exceeded my expectations. Our listing was complicated in that we had renters in the property and I decided to allow them to move and list the property without renters to give it the optimal marketing potential. John went above and beyond by facilitating many of the coordination activities and minor work that need to be done on the property. Living out of state and not being able to do these things myself, my full trust and confidence was on John to assist with these items. I know John probably went out to the home over a dozen times to meet with contractors, carpet cleaning, maids, etc.. This was the special level of service I was looking for an ultimately was critical in selling my home. I would provide John a verbal recommendation to any potential client seeking his service. The home sold before Christmas of 2016 and that was the perfect gift! I commend and thank John for his patience, communication and professionalism in helping me sell my home.
