It was completely by accident that we lucked out connecting with Dylan. He also connected us with our lender who was also a great asset. We requested to look at a nightmare of a home (in hopes of fixing it up) and later at a cute two bedroom. After looking at what our mortgage would be we told him we needed some more time to save. He was understanding and kind. When my partner opened up to the idea of seeing a different area we found a slew of homes to look at and Dylan was available as soon as we were. We were going to have an FHA and Dylan's knowledge about what was required was beneficial. When we stepped in to the home that we made our first offer on he said, "This is the one." He was right. He and our lender connected us to everyone we needed to move forward and they were outstanding. And when the time came for negotiating we trusted him and he saved us some money which we were able to put towards things we needed. We can't thank him enough for all he did to get us into our dream home.
