This is a real professional, and his personality makes working with him a pleasure. Calm, respectful, very knowledgeable. So much different from other agents we met before! Not only did he give us honest advice on the properties we were seeing, but also provided contacts to his contractors who did upgrades cheap, quick, and good quality. He was very responsive, adjusting to our schedule (responding also during week-ends and in the evenings). We are impressed and would highly recommend Jonathan! We came across Jonathan by coincidence - he was a listing agent on one of the properties that we found at Zillow and wanted to see. He made very good impression on us (so much difference in comparison to some other agents we worked with before!), so we were calling him from that time on whenever we wanted to see other homes. He was very responsive, calm and respectful. He was providing us with advice regarding properties - pointing out weaknesses and strengths of each property, and giving estimates of costs of upgrades that we would want to make to each home that we were visiting. Once we were interested in a property, he would prepare an offer and do all the formalities for us to submit the offer and handle the outcome. He was getting quickly back to us with the results. Eventually, one of our offers was accepted. After an inspection, Jonathan suggested we should request some repairs, including the replacement of a water heater, which was quite old (though still functioning). We are very glad for his suggestions, because the seller actually did all the repairs and bought and installed a completely new water heater. The escrow company chosen by Jonathan was handling the escrow process very well, responding very promptly to events. Jonathan gave us contacts to some mortgage brokers who helped us a lot. Jonathan also provided us with contacts to some local contractors. We wanted to change carpet to hardwood floors, but the quote from Home Depot was much higher from what Jonathan initially suggested when we were viewing the property. So we asked the contractors referred to by Jonathan, and it turned out that they sold us and installed much better quality floors considerably cheaper than we were offered in Home Depot. It was similar with kitchen cabinets and countertops, as well as tiles for the kitchen floor. That was imprssive! To sum up, we would highly recommend working with Jonathan, no matter whether you are a home buyer or seller.
