Nutshell: Abby was wonderful to work with and 100% would highly recommend.Details: We stumbled upon Abby through Trulia, and it could not have worked out better. She met us the same day we contacted her to show us a house; we walked in and fell in love. Turned out the sellers would reviewing offers that evening! Within hours of meeting us Abby hustled and put together a competitive offer that landed us in back-up position. A few days later we found out we were in first position, and Abby walked us through the whole process, helped us find local professionals to get bids for repairs, and negotiated down the sales price. She brought her knowledge of the local area and was always careful to make sure that we were comfortable with the offer and throughout every step of the way. In less than 2 months Abby helped us land in our dream home! If I had to highlight the things that made Abby so great to work with I would say it was 1) her local knowledge - especially for out-of-towners like us 2) Her compassion and ability to really hear what we were looking for/wanted, and never pushing us past our comfort level 3) Her responsiveness and that fact that she was always fighting for us from day one, until handing over the keys. 4) The ease in which she made the process for us from a far.
