Obie was so amazing. My husband and I were first time home buyers and she was so patient and took the time to call us and explain things every time we were freaking out. Obie was able to get us into houses before they were even listed, and in fact we got into our house while they were still working on it and we put in an offer right away without having to compete with anyone. And when it came down to negotiating our credits and repairs she fought tooth and nail for us. And when things started to go downhill with the sellers, she stayed up all night negotiating the best deal for us. If you want someone who is going to fight on your side Obie is your girl. And in the middle of the pandemic she risked her health and her family's health to meet us when we had to re-do our inspection, even after we said it wasn't necessary, she told us it was her job to make sure things went smoothly for us.
