Evelyn is an overall wonderful agent. If you are serious about property reach out. If you are not don't waste her time. She will work with you to find the best home possible. She worked well with our schedules as my partner and I have opposite shifts. We would usually travel 1hour to 1hour 1/2 to meet Evelyn and she was probably late 3 of 20 plus times we had to meet by minutes. Also we took breaks as in weeks where our schedules didn't allow for us to view homes. She was always understanding of this and picked right back up without any issues. Communication is also very good, text was our way. Finally she isn't pushy if you don't like the home, you don't on to the NEXT. If she was every frustrated or annoyed with our being picky and changing our minds we never knew. She is bubbly and friendly and would even suggest restaurants for us to grab lunch or dinner after our viewing if we requested.[ because we aren't from the area] anyways enough said just give her a chance if not, oh well you weren't meant to work with her.
