Our experience with Alex left us in awe of his astoundingly remarkable work ethic, commitment, and knowledge. Alex is one in millions in real estate sales. His college education, stunning intellect, astuteness of the market along with the integration of internet technology, and personal nature all combine to make him a high class realtor. My son grew up with Alex so when we approached the sale of our house by owner, my son mentioned this to Alex. Alex didn't hesitate to make contact with us. He did this with selfless intentions. He was there not only answer any questions we had to help us prepare to sell, but also offered us many different options beyond sale by owner or the standard real estate sale transaction. He presented every option, even those that wouldn't result in the maximum contribution for him. He was there to assist in whatever capacity we chose. We are grateful and the net result of the sale came in at, in all likelihood, more than we would have recovered on our own - even after the realtor fees. Alex consistently held open houses every weekend and discouraged us from lowering the price based on his intuition. His intuition was to our tremendous benefit. So, we feel we maximized our return, but even more so, our relationship with him resulted in a return that is not financial. Alex is a commendable young man. He's the son every mother and father hope for and I'm proud to have him as a family friend and as a great friend to my son.
