We first contacted Monica through Redfin since she was listed as a Redfin Partner Agent several years ago when we were looking for a 2nd home in Pebble Beach, Carmel area. We discontinued our home search when the pandemic erupted but engaged back with her recently with new plans to completely relocate to the area. Monica was very nice and accommodating during the weekdays and weekends to help house hunt and show us around on our limited schedules. We were very delighted with her enthusiasm, positivity and dedication during the sellers market environment and was able to close escrow on a perfect home that we were looking for in Pebble Beach. We have developed very good personal relationship as well and we will now become very good neighbors soon! One of the aspects that I really liked was Monica drafted escrow closing details and schedule and shared with us and managed all of the moving parts of escrow per schedule and managed everything very well with full transparency.
