My wife and I had such a need, when we lost renters from a California property and found that nobody was interested in paying the amount of rent that would come close to paying the mortgage on the property. To make matters worse, we live in Arizona and couldn't travel to California and needed someone to look after our vacant property. You can imagine the problems that can cause.
