I was first contacted about selling my home by Cooper almost five years ago. My wife and I was not interested in selling at the time. Cooper asked if he could periodically send us info on the market in the Outer Banks and stay in contact in case we changed our minds. We agreed and true to his word we would receive updates on the market and even a phone occasionally. Neither was frequent nor obtrusive.When we finally decided to sell because of a move to Tennessee, Cooper was the first agent I interviewed. I figured anyone who would stay in contact and keep me updated for five years without a commitment was a good agent. After my interview with Cooper, I cancelled all other interviews. In addition, Cooper even did some errands and contacting of the businessmen for me.We could not have been more pleased with the way Cooper handled our sale.
