Cooper was referred to us by a close friend. We knew by the referral Cooper would do a good job, but what we got was above and beyond! My husband and I are first time vacation home buyers and living 4 hours away, Cooper was our eyes, ears for everything. He listened to exactly what we wanted and was very patient with us. He never pushed us nor tried to talk us out of anything. He was also very open with his answers and never left us guessing. We ended up signing a contract in less than 72 hours! Although Cooper's job was done, we still reached out to him for guidance because wanted some home remodeling done and Cooper put us in contact with great people and helped us by being our gate keeper and let the contractors in and out for measurements and to do their projects. I would recommend Cooper to anyone and everyone! We were nervous at first being so far away, but Cooper made the process as stress free as he possibly could and now we're very happy vacation home owners!! Thanks Cooper!
