Deb is an absolutely fantastic agent! We recently worked with her to sell our vacation home on Orcas Island and we can?t praise her highly enough. She went above and beyond at every stage of the process, from getting the house ready to put on the market, through all the details of completing the sale. She was well organized and always quick to respond to our questions or concerns, and she continually kept us apprised of all the things we needed to know or deal with along the way. And she was an invaluable local resource, with an endless number of contacts for people who could help take care of the necessary tasks, from contractors and plumbers, to people who could haul away surplus stuff at the end. Plus she was always available to coordinate with them when we were home in Seattle and unable to do so ourselves. Deb was our real estate agent in 2018 and helped us to find and purchase our property on Orcas Island. I absolutely recommend her services whether selling or buying a property. We were both somewhat nervous about purchasing raw land, as the flow of that is unlike buying a traditional home. Land may be on the market a bit longer. Also there are contingencies that must be cleared. Deb guided us through the entire thing from visiting multiple properties, to really narrowing our search to the ones that matched our goals. Deb herself has purchased land and built a home on the Island so she understands the many steps of the process. Her real expertise was when we actually made our offer on the land and the seller accepted. She crafted a sales agreement that represented our interests as the buyer. She explained to us the contingencies to get us to closing and the timeline. She consulted us on the many services available such as well testing, and septic review. Basically, she was our guide in a pretty hectic transaction over several months. We are thankful we met her because we now have our dream property. Thanks Deb !
