Christina was not my first choice as a realtor, but wow do I wish I went with her right off the bat. I originally listed with another one of the major online realtors. The catch was that the listing/agent fees were cheaper, but you weren't getting as much service as you'd get with another agent. The service Christina provided was well above and beyond I ever expected from a realtor! I live out of state so I wasn't able to manage any of the final touchups at the house. She was my "boots on the ground", and played an integral role to get photos up online, QC a painter, find a cleaner, and get the house ready for all of the showings. She was always honest with her feedback and made sure I knew how everything went at a showing. She helped me strategize on sale price, and negotiations. Her communication was excellent as she'd check in weekly to make sure I was still feeling good about the decision and to help me through any concerns I had. She continued this service all the way though closing by getting me signed with a notary who could do virtual signings so I didn't need to fly back. She followed up to make sure I received my proceeds on time. I can't stress enough how easy of a process selling my house was with Christina on my team. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell. She brought great energy and drive to get this done when I was thinking it wasn't going to be possible.
