If I had to choose one word to summarize my experience with working with Dominic Persampiere it would be AMAZING! You can't go wrong when choosing him as your Real Estate agent. From the start he will make it clear that his goal is to find you the right house in the right area and within the right budget. There are many pluses when working with Dominic.1. This guy knows EVERYTHING about whats current and coming new to Oviedo.2. He has a unique talent in fitting you and your family in the right neighborhood.3. If he doesn't know the answer he will gladly figure it out for you4. Dominic will respond to all your questions and wont let you waiting for hours or days to hear a reply to your question5. He is trustworthy and responsible and will only recommend people that are also trustworthy and responsible6. When structuring the deal he will give you his feedback to make sure the deal happens7. He is the MAYOR of OVIEDO!If you are serious of buying a house and don't want to waste your time with over booked or lousy realtors (happen to me in the past) go with Dominic.NOT MY FIRST TIME BUYING A HOUSE. Which I've use Dominic in the past.

Does not return phone calls or email messages. Gave me a specific time to call him which I did, no call back. Called four more times still no call back email three times no response to email. Finally got a hold of him about this particular rental property and then he told me the property was rented. Now I responded the first day of the rental. And I was told to call him Sunday. The first day of the rental I believe was a Friday. Tried to call him like I said no response. When I called him out on it when he finally answered his phone, he told me in a rather rude tone that he would try to do better in the future goodbye have a nice day and hung up on me. One of the rudest real estate agents I have ever dealt with. if anybody would like to call me out on whether or not it's true I have everything archived and I can prove how many times I called him and how many emails I sent with no response from him.
