Sean and his team worked with me to sell this property for over a year. There were complications with a tenant who was not paying rent for an extended period of time. Sean and his team were always responsive, even when they werent directly benefitting. They treated me like it was a $2 million transaction. Ive never had an experience like it with another broker. They handled every aspect of the transaction starting before it was listed. Sean came to my house to personally review the listing agreements (the sale was not for my house, it was an investment property). They have never hounded me with marketing. Actually, they dont have to because I will never use another broker as long as they are around. Sean is a true professional who knows the market, wasnt afraid to give me bad news when he had to, and was wonderful to work with. We listed it again after the tenant left and it sold immediately. I'm not just writing this review because the outcome was favorable, its because of how they handled everything from start to finish, how they made me feel without inundating me with literature, robo calls and emails, but mostly their knowledge and professionalism.
