When I was purchasing my first home I did not think I would qualify. I had good credit but I surely did not think it was good enough to purchase a home. Maria Katznelson assured me that I would qualify and she also assured me that it would be painless, after all I am a stressful person and the last thing I needed was to add more stress into my life. When I found the home I wanted to buy; Maria started the process and not only prepared me of what was going to happen, but wrote down each step and what to expect. She made it so painless and so easy for me, the only thing I had to plan was what time of day I was going to sign the papers. If there was a time in the buying process that was not going so good Maria would take care of it and talk to me as if it were a normal day in the buying process. Never once did she project a stressful time. Which made me realize that I chose the right person for the job.Maria made the daunting task of buying a home so painless that I listed my home with her; she sold my home in one day...She made my home the home to be seen during the Broker Showing and I believe there were close to 80 realtors that came through that day. She really helped my home sparkle. At the time it sold for the highest dollar amount for a two bedroom two bath in the area. This home was beautiful and would have done well without Maria, But in the hands of Maria it got top dollar and more then I ever could have imagined.I have since moved out of the state, but if I had not moved I would still choose Maria as my realtor. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and let down; You are in good and caring hands with Maria Katznelson.
