My husband and I were looking for our first home and we were recommended to contact Dawn. We instantly connected and I knew she would help us find the home of our dreams. Dawn was very attentive and committed to the entire process and made us feel like we were her top priority. We decided to build a home and thoroughly relied on Dawn to help us through the whole process, as we had no idea what we were doing! In 2014 we engaged Dawn Roy as a buyer's agent when we planned to relocate to Midlothian. We were immediately impressed with her attitude and professionalism. She was engaged, available and more than willing to "go the extra mile". She previewed a house to save us an unnecessary trip from out of town. She advised us to come to view the house and her assessment was spot on; we bought the house! She guided us through the contract and settlement and was very accommodating in providing local resources to help us get settled in a new area. She continued to be available with ideas and suggestions beyond the settlement date. When a family situation required another relocation in 2016, Dawn was called on, since our previous experience had been so positive. Once again she was available with endless help and advise on resources to put the house on the market and leave the area. She promptly and efficiently marketed and sold our home and continued to be available to help with finalizing details in the area. I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without her! Dawn is a truly exceptional agent.
