Dawn was fantastic! She was very personable and friendly and made the whole process of buying a home enjoyable. She listened to what we wanted, picked out properties accordingly, and never tried to push us into something that was out of our budget. She responded promptly to questions, usually within the hour, and was very flexible with scheduling to see houses. My wife and I are moving from out of state and it was difficult to be available for certain things, like the home inspection; however, Dawn made sure it got done and went in our place if we weren't able to and then promptly reported back to us with the findings. She made sure all paperwork was completed promptly and worked to negotiate with the seller to accommodate as many of our requests as possible. Again, absolutely fantastic! You're in good hands with Dawn.
