My family and I have been working with Mr. Martinez for some time trying to locate a home. And although he has always been courteous and professional in his manner of speaking, his Real Estate agent effectiveness has much to be desired. We advised Mr. Martinez as to our budget for a home and asked him not to deviate from that number. Mr. Martinez continued to show us listings in the much higher end and he went through great lengths to show us the properties. However, when a few came across around our price, these homes as Mr. Martinez always put it, are challenging to get an appointment. We have had a few contracts over the time we have worked with him on several homes and in both instances, he would question our offer as being ridiculous and unrealistic. This caused several delays on his part in presenting the contracts. When he has presented the offer, in our opinion, he lacks the negotiation drive that he should have as the buyers representative and fails to deliver the best offer in the name of the buyer.
