As first time home buyers we were nervous about the process of looking for and buying a home. Bob and his team put us at ease immediately. They started looking for houses that fit our criteria immediately and showed us a range of options without ever being pushy. Bob was always easy to get a hold of and very responsive to answer a question, set up a house visit (or second visit) and was very patient while we figured out exactly what we were looking for. After searching for a few house and putting a bod on a house that the seller ended up taking off the market (the bid went against Bob's recommendation- we should have listened!) we found the perfect house for us. Bob helped us negotiate a price, find an inspector, lawyer and bank to work with us on the mortgage. We not only enjoyed spending time with Bob, we also have come to respect his opinion on all things related to buying the house (he has even recommended a contractor since then!). We wholeheartedly recommend Bob and his team as they all made sure we were very well taken care of.

Bob was recommended to us by a co worker and it was the best thing that ever happened to us as a house buyer. We were traveling over 1.5 hours to meet Bob in the area we were looking and had a toddler and a baby. That's a trip in itself without trying to look at 3 or 4 properties. Luckily for us Bob is extremely knowledgable of the area and coordinated our trips to be the most effective time wise and to include breaks for the kids. We did this through the dead of winter and Bob was always very understanding and helpful, his knowledge of the local market both in terms of product and price are right on. He met me as early as 6 am and as late as 6 pm Sunday through Saturday, Bob was always available to look at houses or answer any of the hundreds of questions I was constantly texting him. Bob is someone I quickly came to trust in both judgment and personality, just a great all around guy and after months of showing us homes he found us exactly what we were looking for, got us the first showing on the very first day it listed and we had our paperwork in that day. We love our new house, love the location and can't thank Bob and his team enough. Professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Bob is #1
