I'm not one to generally write reviews, though I wanted to take a minute and say thank you to the Kombrink Lobrillo team for a wonderful experience of both selling and buying! I gave them a call because I had seen the signs around our community and really wasn't sure what to expect. From my first conversation with Matt, I immediately felt comfortable and knew we had made the right decision. He explained the process of selling our home and gave us a detailed report of what he thought our home could be listed at. We were very comfortable with the listing price. They provided us with support for finding contractors for repairs, home staging and everything we needed to list our home. Everyone we met at the Kombrink Lobrillo team could not have been nicer! With their help we listed our home quickly and had a contract signed for the listing price sooner than we ever thought possible. We were THRILLED!! As for buying our new home, Matt introduced us to Miles who was also wonderful! He listened to us, paid attention to what we were looking for and was easy to get in touch with. We could tell he genuinely wanted us to be in a home we loved. He made time for us when we asked to look at properties and when we fell in love with a home he was a pro with the negotiation process. He gave us suggestions for a financing contact and attorney for the process, both we used and had a great experience! Again we had a contract signed sooner than we thought and again were THRILLED! Through the end, the whole process was enjoyable. We are currently moving our family into what we hope is our forever home. But should we need real estate services again, we will definitely call upon Matt, Miles and the Kombrink Lobrillo team for help. We have already given their name to friends who have seen what a great experience we've had. Thank you to the whole Kombrink Lobrillo team from the bottom of our hearts! We couldn't be happier!
