Your search for the best realtor team in Bergen County can stop now. Jason and Katherine Levine (TeamLevine of One94 Realty Group) exceed by far the highest expectations one could have when considering the sale of a home.When we began to think about selling our house, we contacted TeamLevine, as we had been impressed with their previous sales in our neighborhood. They told us that their top priority was seeing the sale through from beginning to end - making sure that the process was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Little did we know then, how true that statement would be, or how fortunate we were at that moment to have been brought into contact with Jason and Katherine!The basics: They accurately priced, marketed (including terrific photos, a video presentation including drone footage and music), listed, and succeeded in bringing motivated buyers into our home, resulting in multiple serious offers. All of this happened in about 6 days. Then, they were ultra-helpful in assisting us as we selected the most promising offer.At this point, an agents job is usually mostly complete. But our deal ran into trouble aEUR" not because of our buyer or TeamLevine, but because of problems that can happen (but usually dont) in any real estate transaction. Here is where the aEURoeTeamaEUR? in TeamLevine really came through!Jason, Katherine, and their associates, ended up doing the work of 100 real estate professionals to see to it that our deal worked out. I wont go into more detail, but suffice it to say aEUR" closing our sale probably required more work than closing 10 or 15 normal deals. This is when having a highly skilled group of ultra-competent and dedicated pros on our side really paid off!Without Jason, Katherine, and their outstanding team, I'm quite sure we would have lost out on the chance to own our present home in the Midwest, which depended upon a timely sale and closing in Bergen County. How to begin to say Thank you to such an invested real estate agent. We first met Katherine when we were moving in together and looking for an apartment in Jersey. It did not work and we went back to NY. When we found something, Katherine still congratulated us even though she had not won our business the first time. 1.5 years later she was our first phone call when we started looking for a house in Jersey. She graciously accepted the opportunity to work with us. Katherine & Her Team (Jay Levine) worked so diligently. My Girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and we had SO MANY questions naturally. Katherine would show us house after house and every single one had something that wasn't right. Where normal real estate agents would give up and ignore our calls, Team Levine would continue scheduling new houses and pushing forward. Finally, when we settled on a house, Team Levine did not only submit the offer the same day (Sunday) but also provided a better mortgage broker, inspector & lawyer. TeamLevine is definitely a well-oiled and well-connected machine. They took our calls early mornings and late at night, and boy did we have alot of them. Our entire experience from the first phone call to Katherine to owning a house was about 3 months. Once we settled on a house, the entire process took about 1.5 months for all the paperwork to clear and for a closing date to happen. Would I recommend them for future use? They are going to be my number one contact in terms of real estate. Sometime in the near future, I plan to purchase an investment property.... TeamLevine be prepared for 2.0 of us, double the questions double the house visits. LOL
