When I decided to sell my house, I had friends tell me they knew this person or that person etc... Well I went online looking for the best I could find and Kelly's overall record seem to show she was who I was looking for. I wanted someone who worked full time and really knew real estate. So I picked up the phone and called I was really surprised she answered the call after a couple of rings! I thought this is a great start, someone actually answers their phone. I told her I am looking for someone to sell my house and her response was "that would be me"! From that point on she went to work. She even showed my house that day to someone out of town. I got the house ready for the market and her team took photos and videos. As soon as they listed it I got literally hundreds of views and we got an offer in just a few weeks and we closed in a little over a month. I cant say enough about the whole process. Kelly and her team took care of everything and answered any questions. She still answered phone when I called. Kelly Fischer and her team did an amazing job selling our parents home. Two (2) days after signing with her as our agent, we had a contract. Kelly is professional, on top of things, shoots straight, works tirelessly to do what is best for her clients, and has a great sense of humor. Her Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Angie, was extremely helpful. As soon as we had a contract on the house, we received an email from Angie outlining step by step what would happen next, what we needed to do and when to do it. Kelly and Angie, both kept us up to date throughout the process. Honestly, it felt like the ink was not dry on the signing agreement before I was sitting in our lawyers office signing the papers for closing. 23 days from start to finish. Incredible! I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough! Call her. You will be glad you did.
