As first time home buyers, Ericka from the start walked us through the processes involved and guided us as they happened. She clearly identified with the vision of our first home, researched multiple showings and treated our experience with the top class professionalism. It was as if she was buying the home along with us and the more homes we viewed, the easier it was for us to embrace the final choice we made. Her attention to detail, communication, follow through, industry knowledge and most of all patience with us while dealing with the big decision of buying our home made the entire experience amazing. I had a great experience with Ericka Bazzo. I live in Europe and wanted to sell a rental property I had in Cleveland. Ericka laid out all my options, and suggested making some improvements to the property to get the best return. She essentially project managed the renovations, which was extremely valuable to me as I was so far away and didn't have anyone locally to handle that. She also did a good job managing my expectations in terms of the sale price. We ended up listing for a higher price than what she initially said she thought it would sell for, and then we had three offers on the first day it was listed. We ended up selling for slightly over asking price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The closing was just three weeks after we initially listed the property. When I was searching for an agent, there were many whom I was skeptical were going to do what was needed to sell my home fast. When I talked to Ericka she really made a great impression and made me feel confident that she was looking out for me. I wasn't disappointed. Ericka definitely went above and beyond to earn her commission and she'd be my first choice for any other real estate transactions I make in the area.
