Christina was wonderful! We just bought a home and sold our old home with her help. We accidentally started working with her as we were interested in a home listed on zillow. Unfortunately that home was sold before we made our offer. Even though we didn't have a contract with her, she ended up showing us 7 or 8 homes until we finally bought our dream home. She is very resourceful and has a troop of contractors and loan offers to help make the buying process very easy. She got us 8 inspections lined up within a week to make sure everything was checked out on the new home. She was also very personable. Immediately after we closed on the new home, she bought us the unique house warming gifts that resembled the seller's decor as she heard us discussing about them during a walkthrough. Because of our home buying experience, we decided to ask her to be our agent to sell our old home. She really went out of her way to make sure our old house sold. When our old home sale fell through after inspection, she took care of several of the major findings from the inspection, and even brought her team of friends to trim my trees and clean my yard to prepare for open house, which really helped sell the home very quickly. I highly recommend Christina.
