Kristin Breeding made my first time home buying experience stress free and easy from start to end. She made me a first time home buyers guide which explained the entire process. This guide gave a timeline of each step from pre-qualification to inspection to appraisal and closing. In the binder also had loan information, buyer advisory, useful numbers and a title checklist. Kristin walked me through the general inspection and helped me negotiate the bisnr report. She was available on my schedule days and nights to look at homes. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase a home or a condo and she was very patient with my decision making and handled all the behind the scenes work for me. As a singe mother working full time, she did all the hard work and made buying my first home a breeze. I will recommend her to anyone!
