Recently, my sister and I were in the process of selling our family Estate. One of the factors that we agreed on, was that we couldnt use a mutual friend as an agent. We also wanted an agent that was going to be fair, personal, and professional. Megann was recommended to us from a trusted colleague, that is also an agent. We were impressed with her from the first meeting. She was early to the meeting place, well prepared, knowledgeable of the area, and very personal. She maintained this demeanor throughout the process. From our perspective, we felt well taken care of. She is a very good communicator: articulate with her words, she has the courage to tell it like it is, and was great at keeping us informed. I also appreciate that she puts her name on everything she does; the impressive marketing, sustained showing of the property, and fighting through tough negotiations. Ultimately, we had a successful outcome and a meaningful collaboration because we teamed up with Megann.

Megann Centeno is the best realtor around!!! Her service is amazing, her knowledge is A1, and shes honest about her work. My husband and I are first time buyers and she made the process as easy as can be even though we went in blind not knowing much. We found a nice condominium that we were interested and went into the process got our offer accepted and that good stuff. After offer approved unfortunately we encountered problems with the tenants where they decided to squat and made the process a lot more complicated. Megann stepped and guided us and pretty much took control of the situation. Even though these people decided to squat for about 6-7 months Megann remained patient with us throughout the whole thing even after removing the tenants and walking to a wrecked home. After waiting so long still offered her help to fix up our home. We have now been in our first home for about 4 months all thanks to Meg. Thank you so much Meg for everything, we truly appreciate you and we cant wait to work with you again in the near future!!

Five Stars All Day!I dont know how I got so lucky finding Megan! The whole buying a first home is very scary!! Ive heard friends horror stories and I mentally prepared for disappointment lol but from Day One!! Megan held my hand and answered all my questions. I told her what I wanted and what was important and she listened!!!! & came through better than I could ever expect! I kept waiting for that call that something was wrong but nope. It literally went so smooth! As a first time homebuyer and single mom I had no clue what some of the terminology was. But she broke it down and always kept me at ease n thats not easy lol. Her whole vibe and energy kept me going and believing up until key day! Even afteraEUR| she made sure me and the girls were good and happy!! Soooo yea basically shes pretty freakin amazing and couldnt imagine this journey with anyone else! If you need someone whose patient and listens to you she is it!! Thank you !
