You know how it feels to come out of the bitter cold and into a warm toasty house? There's a cozy fire where you can shake off the cold and feel relaxed and secure,.... well that's what it will feel like when you engage Jenn as your realtor. There are so many reasons why Jenn is a great agent,... obviously I can't list them all, just too many. However, I do want to share a few that may help someone else. I had a previous realtor that left me floundering at every encounter that she and I had. Almost bringing me to the point of giving up. Then somehow I came across Jenn,... for the life of me I can't even remember how!? But there she was,... energetic, positive, optimistic, honest,.. but most of all she did whatever was needed,... what I needed,... to move me along to my goal. Which was buying my dream house., and that is exactly what happened. Through her efforts and hard work,... and let me tell you it was hard work because we looked at or more than 40 homes. Well towards the end she was actually doing most of the looking. You see I live out of state so Jenn would drive all around Delaware previewing every house that I was interested in and then would report back to me whether it was a winner or not. Saved me a ton of money on travel and lodging expenses. Couple of things I found truly amazing. The fact that no matter how many houses I sent to her she treated it like it was the first one,... and always made me feel like I was the most important thing that she had going on. And secondly and most importantly,... if I asked Jenn a question and she didn't have the answer,.. which was rare,.. she told me straight out that she wasn't sure and would get back to me,... and you know what??? She did get back to me,... every time. The end result from Jenn's hard work is that now I have my dream house and every time I walk through the front door of my new house, sorry HOME!!!! I thank my lucky stars for Jenn. Thank you Jenn, you are truly the best!!!

We were moving from Philadelphia to Delaware where we absolutely knew no one. After looking online at several different homes/areas we drove through those areas ourselves. Eventually, we were put in contact with Nick Barkins. We are so so glad!! No matter what homes we wanted to go see Nick was always available. He even went, on his own, to take pictures of a house that we were interested in that hadn't had yet had them posted online. And when I mentioned that there was another house in the same development that had just been listed, Nick quickly made an appointment for us to see it. It is the house that we eventually bought! We are so happy in our new home. He gave us many pointers and was never too busy to answer any of our questions. And I always had one. I would highly reccomend him to any one. I feel he was not only our agent but our friend.
