I didn't work with Mike Lombardo. I worked with Clifton Slater- he was nice and helpful,then his son got sick and he turned me over to Joe Souto. Joe was very helpful and informative, and looked like he was reading what I wanted and steering me to houses he knew I would like. The only thing that he could have done better is warn me about the closing costs associated with the home I bought- the home already was above the price range I felt good about,and the closing costs were$11,000!! And going through their financing was a nightmare! There were about 10 different people sending me emails or calling wanting more and more things ,and it seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. And If I didn't use them,they said the discount on the house would go away. I would not buy through them ever again.
