Laura was a huge help in selling my mother's house and my boyhood home. It was a tough closure to that part of my life. Laura was very knowledgeable about the market and priced the house just right to sell the house in approximately 7 weeks from listing date to closing date. I lived 2 hours away and she volunteered to be available for inspections, and to allow access for chimney repairs so I did not have to take off from work. When storms ripped through Warrensburg causing severe tree damage around town she went and checked on the house to find a large branch from the neighbors tree had fallen into our yard. She and her husband took immediate action to clean up the debris and said for me to not worry about it. Laura was always available when we had questions through this process and had awesome marketing ideas. I believe that is why we sold so fast and why she was voted #1 Realty Agent for Warrensburg!
