Jeneen is the realtor that really cares about you. We closed on our house and after we moved in it was identified that the sellers took the fridge although the contract stated it stayed. Jeneen fought to get us monetarily compensated afterwards, and even volunteered herself and her husbands time and trailer to assist with transporting a new fridge and a 2-hour ordeal to get it the fridge into its spot. This was all after the closing when we were no longer her responsibility. Throughout the entire buying process being out of state, she was incredible, always available and responsive. Several times we found a house pop up and immediately notified her and we had a same day showing. She gave virtual walkthroughs and was honest to point out flaws of the house instead of hide them, and had extensive knowledge of areas of concern we didnt even think of, like neighboring areas, train routes, etc... This is our 3rd home purchase, and the first time we felt like throughout the entire process and afterwards our realtor cared about us, even after receiving their commission.

We are a family who was working with Jeneen, from 1,000 miles away. Our experience with her was excellent! She was able to show us houses over the phone, through the use of video and her cellphone. She was very thorough in describing the houses, especially when it came to things that definitely would/or would potentially need fixed at the houses we were considering. She was very responsive and quick with a reply every time we were communicating with her. She possesses a lot of knowledge of the areas we were looking at to buy. She has a lot of contacts also to help you when you are in need of insurance, a good mortgage company that works hard and quickly to secure your house mortgage, a good house inspector, and many other contacts for people you may need to contact when buying a house. We were a little hesitant doing this whole process from so far away, especially since we were not having a great experience with the realtor we were using to sell our own house. But, with all the hard work she put in, she gained our trust quickly. We never had a doubt that she had our best interest in mind. Jeneen, along with Mike Joyner and his team - from Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., helped us close on our house in a timeframe that almost seemed impossible and they did it very smoothly. We are grateful to Jeneen DeShong and Mike Joyner for going above and beyond for our family and we would definitely highly recommend them both!
